Friday, September 15

Welcome Party

8:00 – 10:30 p.m.
Cocktail

All guests of the wedding are invited to kick off the weekend with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and desserts. Shuttle service to and from the Pineola and Linville Falls Lodge is available and encouraged. Transportation will leave from Linville Falls Lodge at 7:30 p.m. and from the Pineola at 7:45 p.m. and will loop to take guests home.

Saturday, September 16

Wedding Ceremony + Reception
The Camp at Eseeola (Camp Yonahnoka)
Yonahnoka Rd, Newland, NC 28657
5:30 – 11:00 p.m.
Black Tie

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. Shuttle schedule to and from the Eseeola, Pineola and Linville Falls Lodge is available and strongly encouraged.

Shuttles will leave from Linville Falls Lodge at 4:35 p.m., from the Pineola at 4:45 p.m. and from the main entrance of the Eseeola Lodge at 4:50 p.m. Shuttles will be on hand to take guests home at the end of the night.

Following the reception, the hotel bar at the Eseeola Lodge will remain open until 1 a.m.
