Linville Golf Club

Tee times can be made three days in advance by calling the Golf Shop. Guests are permitted to fill tee times with a foursome. Proper attire and spikeless footwear are required on the golf course and practice facilities at all times. Collared shirts and long pants or Bermuda length shorts for gentlemen. No denim, tennis shoes, short shorts, or T-shirts are ever acceptable for ladies, men or juniors on the golf course or practice areas.

Croquet
Equipment and information about instruction are available to guests of the Eseeola at the front desk. Traditional white dress is required on the court.

Hiking Grandfather Mountain
At 5,964 feet, Grandfather Mountain is the highest peak in the Blue Ridge with some of the oldest rock formations in the world. Known for the Mile-High Swinging Bridge, explore trails for all fitness levels. Their network of nature walks and trails take you through gentle forests and meadows or atop rugged peaks accessed by ladders and cables.
